Compton Park is beautiful and inviting. The setting and location are perfect. Compton and River Parks are for residents only. MEMBERS ONLY signage needs to be clear to avoid to confusion. Tampa Palms CDD is a master Planned Community. A Community Development District is similar to a Homeowners Association. The Tampa Palms North Homeowners Association allows nonmembers to pay $300 for access to their Hampton, Ashley and Oak Parks.
