Central Park is a little over 149 acres and is made up of four parks interspersed with residences. It provides opportunities for both active and leisure recreation in a stunning natural setting. Visitors can play basketball and tennis, exercise along the G.F. Althouse Trail, or simply watch nature from one of the park's numerous observation platforms. The labyrinth is another community-funded element that was built in 2009. It's 50 feet in diameter, composed of concrete, and covered with tough acrylic. It's intended for meditation. An Environmental Learning Center is one of the city's long-term goals.
