Twin Lakes Park offers the opportunity to enjoy a quiet picnic while the children play in one of the two playgrounds, shoot baskets on the basketball court or stroll the trail and boardwalk while enjoying nature. The park is a great place to go birding especially in the fall, with 73 species having been seen to date. The park’s boardwalk allows visitors to walk above a ephemeral sinkhole pond often hiding many birds, amphibians and reptiles, depending on the water levels.
