Southport Regional Park

In addition to the park's recreational amenities, the rural setting along the shores of Lake Toho support live oak, cypress and littoral vegetation. As a result, the park provides suitable habitat for bald eagles, Sherman's fox squirrel, Everglades snail kite, sandhill crane, wood stork, gopher tortoise and American alligator. This spot also features an area for a fire pit and volleyball courts.
